This page explains, in plain English, what information this website collects and what we do with it. Last updated: October 2026.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, work email, company (if you add it) and your message.
• Booking a call: your name, work email, company, your note about what you would like to automate, and the time you pick.
• Your theme choice: if you switch between light and dark, your browser remembers it on your own device. It is not sent to us.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not sell or rent your information.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to you, arrange and hold the call you booked, and follow up about what you asked. We will not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who handles it for us

We use a small number of trusted services to run this website: a form service that delivers contact messages to our inbox, a scheduling service that manages bookings and sends calendar invites, a video-call service for the meeting itself, and a font service that loads this site's typefaces. They process your information only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to talk with you and keep a record of our conversations, and no longer than two years unless you become a client.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you have shared at any time. Email contact@step-28.com and we will take care of it.
